The I*MAGINE event schedule comes to a conclusion

in June. Here are the last three events to plan your weekend around:

Alabaster City Fest. 9:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m., June 7. Admission is free but donations are

being asked for in the name of the Therapeutic Arts program. The sixth annual family festival

features musical performances by nationally known entertainers Tracy Lawrence and Sister

Hazel. There will also be over 16 inflatables and kids activities, including the Lowe’s Kid’s Build It

workshop and arts and crafts children’s entertainer Jim Aycock. Additionally, there will be a

Classic Car Cruise-in, arts and crafts, various vendors and an array of festival food. Municipal

Arts al Fresco, Art in the Gardens. 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., June 7-8. Admission is free. Part of

the Arts al Fresco Series, more than 60 Alabama artists will show and sell pottery, paintings,

jewelry, sculptures, stained glass and photography at the Aldridge Botanical Gardens.

Mt. Laurel Farmers Market and Craft Sale. 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. June 7 –October 25.

Every Saturday from June 7 to October 25, a craft fair featuring area artists and a farmers market

will be located throughout downtown Mt. Laurel.

Bicycles On Parade temporary outdoor art exhibit.  See over 75 unique, bicycle- inspired works of art in Shelby County.  Go to the "PHOTOS"  tab to find the locations of the bicycles.   Over 30 bicycles can be seen in Columbiana.
